Banquet A+B

Overview

Banquet A + B at the St. Elizabeth Healthcare Training and Education Center (SETEC), formerly part of the METS Center, is a versatile space designed to accommodate various types of events. With a maximum capacity of 700 guests when combined, this venue offers different seating options depending on the event setup.

  • Classroom Style: Up to 160 guests per room
  • Theater Style: Up to 340 guests per room
  • Banquet Style (Rounds of 10): Up to 220 guests per room
  • Combined Capacity: 480 banquet guests, 700 guests in theater-style or general session seating, or 42 tradeshow booths (10×10)

Additionally, the venue is equipped with advanced technology to support a wide range of gatherings, from conferences to training sessions.

Transition to Healthcare Focus

In late 2015, the METS Center transitioned its focus to healthcare education and training following the acquisition of its lease by St. Elizabeth Healthcare. As a result, the facility was repurposed to support healthcare simulation and skill development. However, despite this shift, Banquet A + B retained its original functionality and technology, thus continuing to be available for various events. In particular, it remains suitable for both healthcare-related events and professional gatherings. This ensures the space is adaptable, providing flexibility to meet diverse event needs.
