Overview
The Leadership Suite includes Leadership A and Leadership B, which can be reserved separately for smaller groups or combined to accommodate larger meetings or training sessions. Leadership A is the larger of the two rooms and can accommodate up to 36 attendees at classroom tables or 30 in pods. Leadership B offers space for 30 attendees in classroom seating or pods. When combined, the suite can comfortably seat 145 guests theater-style or up to 75 at classroom tables.
Each room is equipped with advanced presentation and learning technologies, included in the room rental fee, to ensure a productive and dynamic environment for any meeting or training session.

Leadership Rooms After the Transition
In late 2015, when St. Elizabeth Healthcare assumed control of the METS Center, the facility shifted its focus to healthcare education and training. However, the Leadership A, Leadership B, and Leadership A+B rooms continue to play an essential role in the facility. These rooms remain key components of the center’s mission to provide top-notch training and meeting spaces for healthcare professionals.
While the facility’s primary direction has evolved, these rooms still support a variety of functions. They are actively used for healthcare training, executive development, and board meetings. The flexibility of the room configurations, combined with the advanced technology, makes these spaces adaptable to a broad range of professional needs.
