Development Room A

Maximum Capacity: 135 guests

Development Room A is designed for interactive meetings and training. The space is fully configurable to meet specific needs. The room includes ample space for breakout sessions or working lunches. It also supports video conferencing, webcasting, and digital recording, which helps facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.

Development Room B

Maximum Capacity: 135 guests

Development Room B is frequently used as a computer lab. It is ideal for software launches, system updates, and employee training. This room seats 30 guests at desktop workstations. High-speed networking and secure internet access ensure easy connection to intranets and online resources.

Development Room C

Maximum Capacity: 150 guests

Development Room C is the largest of the three, with a spacious layout that allows for flexible configurations. It accommodates 30 guests at desks in the front and 30 at round tables in the back. This design encourages small group discussions. The room also includes ergonomic seating to keep participants focused and alert.

Transition to Healthcare Focus

In late 2015, the METS Center shifted its focus to healthcare education and training when St. Elizabeth Healthcare took over the lease. The transition involved restructuring the facility to support healthcare simulation and skill development.

Despite this shift, Development Rooms A, B, and C continue to serve similar purposes—providing flexible spaces for meetings, workshops, and training. These rooms are now primarily used for healthcare training and professional development, although they remain adaptable for other events. The advanced technology in the rooms supports both healthcare events and other professional gatherings.

Summary

Development Rooms A, B, and C remain flexible spaces ideal for professional and educational events. They are equipped with modern technology to support training, conferencing, and interactive sessions. These rooms provide an ideal environment for both healthcare and corporate events.
