Client Services Manager
His primary role is as liaison between client and the facility, making sure all events are executed beyond the clients’ satisfaction. Upon joining the staff in December 2003, he revamped the client contact protocols including creating digital room layouts/diagrams using Microsoft Visio, allowing our customers to review and redesign their meeting room diagram electronically. His technical expertise allows him to assist our customers with computers, photography, production equipment and multiple software applications. Chip’s ease in dealing with clients and technology stems from his background as a TV Sports Reporter. For 5 years Chip worked as a producer/reporter for TV stations in Lexington and Hazard, Kentucky. During that period he received numerous AP awards for individual and team contributions. Chip graduated from the University of Kentucky with a BS in Telecommunications. |
