She received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 2001 from NKU. While a student there, Lisa participated in the Cooperative Education Program giving her the opportunity to work for Duke Energy (formerly Cinergy). During her employment with Duke, she rotated through various accounting departments over the course of five terms, gaining hands-on experience that helped to prepare her for the comprehensive role at METS.

Since 2005, Lisa manages the day-to-day accounting activities, financial reports and statements, and the annual budget for METS. She is a life-long resident of Northern Kentucky and lives in Florence with her husband and two sons.
